Happy New Year! 14 AD just posted. The first complete draft of Volume One is all done.
The working draft is about 475 pages at the moment. THE PLAN is for the "long version" to stay online and the printed version will be short.
It needs so much work, but what's online is a beginning. Aside from a list of minor corrections I've been keeping (and will get to eventually), it's fully accurate to the best of my knowledge and abilitites. And it's complete...
I have yet to find anywhere a year by year summary of events from 9 BC to 14 AD. It's thorough, if too thorough at the moment. It's complete according to all the major sources and leading scholarship. It's sequential with all the facts and events unfolding as soon as they happen or become known of. And it's written on an elementary school level so the vast majority of people who want to can read it. It's all that... AND... it's blended together the history with the scripture.
The facts of scripture are worth seeing as EVENTS.
The heart of a story is people and their problems, but the story has no grounding or completion without a sense of the locations involved and the specific timing of every event.
This is the first time I've ever seen one story told of everything in Jesus' life, according to scripture, from his conception to his 12th year and beyond.
This still needs a LOT of work, but the first draft (of Volume One) is now complete.
This is a first... of much more to come.
Enjoy!
