Word Play: Un-pre-fixed Roots

Just for fun, because I NEVER go off topic (and should probably start to a little bit), here's a game my wife learned from our family doctor...

If I ever sume to turb or rupt the sheveled centration of ruly sconders, I hope the gard I voke duces volting nouncements anyone could cide to fend.

What do you think? Does that make any sense? If not, where did the roots come from? And what the heck did they used to mean? Feel free to lighten me so I can prehend it. ;)
