These "Year Books" were written between September 06 and December 07. They were originally posted at www.year-by-year.com, but have been moved to the archives of this blog. For posterity, then, here is the archive page to those original Year Books, as I first composed them.
* AD 14 * AD 13 * AD 12 * AD 11 * AD 10 * AD 9 * AD 8 * AD 7 * AD 6 * AD 5 * AD 4 * AD 3 * AD 2 * AD 1 * (there was no "Year Zero") * 1 BC * 2 BC * 3 BC * 4 BC * 5 BC * 6 BC * 7 BC * 8 BC * 9 BC * Just Before 9 BC * Way Before 9 BC *
The revised Year Books (June 09) need professional editing before they can be printed. If you'd like to help make those things happen, click the donate button on my sidebar, or FedEx me a big box of cash. I also accept gold, silver and real estate. I'm not picky. :-)
Future Year Books (from 15 to 70 AD) are going to be condensed, but these first 23 were a wonderful exercise. The work and research continues. Thanks for reading.

This is my sandbox. I keep promising to do actual scholarship.
